Royal Pines Resort in the Gold Coast, Australia underwent a major Ballroom refurbishment worth over $15M, as part of this project the Kitchen equipment was addressed with the purchase of 4 Rational Ovens which could produce 1000 plated meals within 15 minutes. This of course meant that the service staff could no longer keep up with the Chefs so, plate carriers were sourced.

After experimenting with the Plate carriers our drop times were reduced from 45 minutes to 18 minutes for 1000 guests in the main ballroom, this also reduced the floor staff requirements which meant we had much better beverage service whilst food was being delivered.
